Ordered a pair of Nike shoes on Monday night and they showed up by Thursday. did not expect them that fast. Nice surprise.
Tracking was easy to check, and the updates were spot on. The box came in good shape too. No damage. Nothing weird.
Really happy with how quick the shipping was. Makes me way more likely to order straight from nike.com again

"My size is always the one that disappears"
The nike site itself is fine and easy enough to use, but somehow my size is almost always sold out before I even get a real chance. Every time there’s a new drop, it feels like everyone else gets lucky and I’m left staring at the unavailable sizes. It’s frustrating

I ordered a pair of trainers from nike.com and, so far, they seem really solid. The stitching looks neat, the sole feels comfortable, and they don’t have that cheap feel you sometimes get with other shoes. I’ve been wearing them most days and they still look almost new, which is a good sign. The price was maybe a little higher than I’d normally like, but the quality seems to be there, so I’m happy with them overall...

"Nice-looking shoes, but I expected them to last longer"
I really liked how these shoes looked when I first got them, and they were comfortable enough for everyday wear. But after about two months, the sole already started wearing down, which was disappointing for the price. They’re not awful, but I definitely expected better durability. I thought about reaching out to customer service, but I never really trust those departments to do much besides give you a scripted response, so I didn’t bother.

Overall, the site was easy to get around. The filters made it quick to find my size, which I definitely appreciated. A few pages loaded a little slowly on my phone... but the checkout was straightforward enough and I didn’t have any real trouble finishing my order.

Overall, I found the app really easy to use, and I think most customers would feel comfortable getting around it without much trouble. The only downside was that checkout lagged a bit for me, which could be frustrating if you’re trying to finish quickly. Still, it’s a solid app overall.

"Loved the custom sneakers, even if I got a little impatient"
I made a pair of custom sneakers on Nike.com the whole design part was fun. I got excited seeing the colors update as I picked each option, and everything was clear and easy to use. Then shipping took a bit longer than I was hoping, which was kind of annoying because I kept checking for updates. But once they finally showed up, I was happy again, they looked really good, fit right, and felt worth the wait. I’d probably do it again

I ordered these from nike.com and the sizing was exactly what I was hoping for, which was a relief because I really didn’t feel like dealing with a return.
I went with my usual shoe size and they fit well straight out of the box. No tight spots, no heel slipping, none of that annoying back-and-forth trying to figure out if I should’ve sized up or down. The size guide was actually easy to use too.
Overall, I’m happy with them. They fit, they feel good, and I didn’t have to waste time swapping them for another size, so that’s a win for me

I was waiting around for a Nike restock, and when it finally went live, the site got sluggish. My size popped up, disappeared, then randomly came back again, so I was sitting there refreshing and second-guessing whether it was even worth trying.
I did end up checking out and getting the shoes, so I can’t be too mad. It just reminded me how these restocks can turn something simple into a whole little test of patience. Overall it worked out, but clearer stock updates would’ve made the experience feel a lot less messy

"Order canceled with barely any explanation"
My shoe order ended up getting canceled, and while I did get the refund, it was still frustrating. The message was super short, so I’m assuming from the tone that they were probably out of stock or just didn’t want to deal with it, but it would’ve been nice to get a clearer explanation.

I had to swap my shoes for a bigger size, it was painless. The return label was easy to find, I got updates quickly, and the new pair showed up sooner than I thought it would. So yeah, no complaints here.

To my surprise, they got back to me quickly and sorted it out without making the whole thing complicated. The person I spoke with was friendly, clear, and actually helpful. It ended up being way easier than I thought it would be, so I’m happy to give 5 stars.

"Helpful filters, but search wasn’t quite what I expected"
I found Nike.com easy to use overall. I was expecting the search to be a little more accurate, but the size and color filters worked really well and made it much easier to narrow down shoes. A few of the search results felt kind of random and not totally related to what I typed in, which was a little annoying. That said, I still found what I was looking for, and checkout was smooth. I’d give it 4 stars.

"Heads up: delivery was unreliable"
Just a warning for anyone ordering these shoes — the delivery was kind of hit or miss. Mine showed up late, which was frustrating. The shoes themselves were okay once they arrived, but I definitely wouldn’t count on getting them on time.
